Warranty

Firstly, a sincere thank you for your interest in LIECTROUX SOUTH AFRICA.

Please ensure that you read the user manual carefully before use. If you require a manual or you have any questions on how to use the robot, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@liectroux.co.za, via phone or WhatsApp on 076 626 0471. You can also navigate to the Contact Us page to send us your message.

We have a one year limited warranty on all our robots. We will repair or replace any faulty components at no cost to you.

If anything goes wrong, or you simply feel it isn't working like it should, please don't hesitate to contact us. The warranty is upheld by Liectroux (manufacturer) and is valid anywhere in the world. Please work via the retailer you purchased from, as your first port-of-call.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In terms of section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you as a consumer have the right to cancel any agreement or transaction with us for purchased goods within 5 (five) days of the purchase of such goods. We may charge a fee for any costs incurred by us for arranging collection of such goods.

Spares

Liectroux robots are particularly robust and built to endure. They are also modular. This means that in most cases, parts and components can be replaced by the user, with limited technical knowledge or skill. Alternatively, Liectroux South Africa will perform the repairs and testing for you.

All parts and components are available for any unit sold by this store. Note that Liectroux South Africa keeps limited stock of parts, based purely on demand. Not all the spares and accessories are advertised on our site. We will however provide you with any part or accessory within three weeks, if we don't stock it.
